No. Unlike Fiesto Self Ordering, which is available to eligible restaurants across the US and Canada, Fiesto Marketplace operates in selected cities. Ask our team about participation in your area; the customer location directory is not a confirmation of merchant onboarding availability.
What does Fiesto Marketplace charge restaurants?
Marketplace merchant commissions is 15%. Other applicable charges may include payment processing and fulfillment. Customer-facing service fees, delivery fees, taxes and tips are separate and may apply to an order.
Do I need a Self Ordering subscription to join Marketplace?
No. Self Ordering and Marketplace are separate products with separate fees and agreements. You can ask about Marketplace participation without subscribing to Self Ordering.
Can Fiesto guarantee my restaurant will appear first?
No. Fiesto does not promise a particular search ranking, featured placement, number of orders or sales volume. Listing and participation are subject to local availability and eligibility.
Can I run promotions or offer loyalty rewards?
Fiesto supports promotional and restaurant loyalty opportunities where enabled for participating merchants. The exact tools available depend on your restaurant’s setup and product eligibility.
How do customers order after finding my restaurant?
Customers can discover restaurants and browse their menus on the Fiesto website. Where Marketplace ordering is available, they are directed to the Fiesto customer app to place an order. Pickup and delivery choices vary by restaurant and service area.
What if Marketplace has not launched in my city?
You can still inquire about future Marketplace updates. If you want to start accepting direct online orders, Fiesto Self Ordering is a separate product available to eligible restaurants across the US and Canada; subscribing is not required for future Marketplace eligibility.
