Fiesto has two complementary products. Self Ordering helps eligible restaurants build their own branded direct-ordering channel. Fiesto Marketplace helps restaurants get discovered by local diners in participating cities. Each product has its own eligibility and pricing.

Fiesto Self Ordering is live for eligible restaurants in both the United States and Canada. Specific onboarding, payment and delivery options depend on the restaurant and supported providers. Fiesto Marketplace is a separate offering available only in participating cities.

Fiesto focuses on restaurant ordering, customer relationships and marketplace discovery. It is not positioned as a full POS replacement. We can discuss your current tools and specific supported workflows; compatibility with every POS provider is not guaranteed.

You send Fiesto your restaurant and contact details. Our team can follow up to discuss your goals, product fit, pricing and onboarding. The inquiry form does not automatically book a calendar appointment or create a merchant account.

Self Ordering gives your restaurant a branded online ordering experience for direct orders. Guests can browse your menu, place eligible pickup or delivery orders and interact with your restaurant through a direct channel.

Self Ordering is your restaurant-branded direct-ordering channel with a subscription and direct-order commission based on your plan. Fiesto Marketplace is a local restaurant-discovery and ordering marketplace with a separate merchant agreement and commission structure. You can explore either product independently.

Self Ordering is designed to support direct customer relationships using the customer and marketing capabilities available with your setup. Customer information and outreach remain subject to applicable privacy law, permissions and marketing consent. Marketplace data may follow different rules.

In the US, Starter is USD $99/month plus a 4% Fiesto platform commission on eligible direct orders; Growth is USD $249/month with a 0% Fiesto direct-order commission. In Canada, Starter is CAD $139/month plus 4%; Growth is CAD $349/month with 0%. Other applicable costs are separate.

No. The 0% refers only to Fiesto’s platform commission on eligible Self Ordering sales. The Growth subscription still applies, and payment processing, delivery, taxes, setup and optional services may have separate charges.

Starter has a lower monthly subscription with a 4% eligible direct-order commission; Growth has a higher subscription with 0% Fiesto direct-order commission. The modeled subscription-plus-commission break-even point is USD $3,750/month in the US or CAD $5,250/month in Canada, excluding other costs. Your actual needs may differ.

Payment processing, third-party delivery, applicable taxes, setup and optional add-ons may be charged separately. We recommend reviewing the complete commercial terms for your restaurant before choosing a plan.

No. Fiesto Marketplace operates in participating cities and is expanding selectively. Self Ordering availability across the US and Canada does not mean Marketplace is live in every location. Contact us to ask about participation in your area.

No. Self Ordering and Marketplace can be considered separately. Marketplace participation depends on local availability, merchant eligibility and a separate agreement; subscribing to Self Ordering is not a requirement for applying.

Fiesto Marketplace merchant commissions is 15%. These are not the same fees as the Self Ordering Starter or Growth plans. Consumer, delivery and other applicable charges may be separate.

Self Ordering supports pickup and can offer delivery where supported fulfillment is available. Delivery providers, service areas, fees and operating arrangements vary by restaurant and location.

No. Fiesto’s driver operations are limited to selected Marketplace areas. Other supported delivery services may be available where approved and covered. We will confirm the appropriate options for your restaurant rather than promise universal delivery coverage.

We can review your current ordering and restaurant systems during onboarding. Specific integrations must be verified individually; Fiesto does not claim universal compatibility with every POS or restaurant software provider.

Timing depends on your menu, branding, payment setup, restaurant workflows and any applicable integrations. The Fiesto team can discuss a launch plan for your circumstances; there is no universal guaranteed setup timeline.
