A storefront that looks like you
Show your restaurant name, identity and menu through a branded, mobile-friendly ordering experience.
FROM FIRST HELLO TO FIRST DIRECT ORDER
From your own branded ordering site to the orders coming into your kitchen, Fiesto helps restaurants build a direct channel that feels like their business — not somebody else's.
THE RESTAURANT JOURNEY
There's no one-size-fits-all restaurant. We start with your needs, then help you work through the steps of launching a direct-ordering channel.
Share your restaurant details and what you want to improve. We’ll discuss your current ordering setup, goals, service area and the right Fiesto plan.
Set up a restaurant-branded ordering experience with your menu, item details and the information guests need before they order.
Review online payments, staff workflows, pickup and supported delivery options. We’ll confirm what works for your location and existing tools.
Give guests a direct way to order. Manage incoming orders and use available customer-engagement tools to encourage repeat visits, with consent and privacy respected.
Exact onboarding steps and timing depend on your restaurant's setup and the services available to you.
BEHIND EVERY GREAT ORDER
Your guests see a beautiful branded menu. Your team needs a clear way to keep orders moving. We'll work with you to define ordering and fulfillment workflows that fit your operation.
BUILT AROUND THE RESTAURANT
Ordering should work for the people preparing the food and the people enjoying it. Here's what we focus on when planning a restaurant's direct channel.
Show your restaurant name, identity and menu through a branded, mobile-friendly ordering experience.
Let guests browse their favorites and place direct orders, with pickup and eligible delivery choices.
Bring online orders into a defined restaurant workflow, from receiving an order to preparing it for guests.
Use the customer relationships and available marketing tools from your direct channel to build repeat business.
We'll review fulfillment coverage, applicable delivery fees, and any specific supported integrations during your consultation. We don't promise universal provider or POS compatibility.

No. Self Ordering and Fiesto Marketplace are separate products. Self Ordering offers your own direct channel, while Marketplace offers local discovery in participating cities under separate eligibility and commercial terms. You do not need a Self Ordering subscription to ask about Marketplace.
You submit your restaurant and contact details through our inquiry form. The Fiesto team can follow up to review your needs, plan options and onboarding. Submitting the form does not automatically schedule a meeting.
